1. Minglewood Loop (Raines and Muldaur) - Geoff Muldaur was an original member of the Jim Kewskin Jug Band, and later in Better Days with longtime cohorts Amos Garrett and Paul Butterfield. Annie Raines partners with Paul Rishell in the blues duo Rishell and Haines, as well as Annie Raines and The Hurrricanes.

2. Fare Thee Well (Paul Rishell) - Paul Rishell has played with Howlin' Wolf, Hubert Sumlin and mentored with Son House.

3. Write Me a Few (Jimmy Vivino) - Jimmy Vivino is a triple threat as J-Band member, producer, and occasional band leader for Conan O'Brien.

4. Passing Fantasy (John Sebastian)
5. Passing Fantasy (general usage guitar break) - John Sebastian has played harmonica for Willy Dixon, Johnny Johnson, Mississippi John Hurt and Les Paul.

6. Stealin' (Fritz Richmond) - The late Fritz Richmond recorded on much of Electra Records output with producer Paul Rothchild, including Janis Joplin, The Doors, Bread, and most of John Sebastian's recordings.

7. Yank Intro (Yank Rachell)
8. Yank Plays Divin' Duck - The late Yank Rachell played mandolin on historic recordings with Sleepy John Estes and Jab Jones in the original "3 J's Jug Band" out of 1920s Brownsville, Tennessee.

9. Fungi Loop (James Wormworth) - Fungi is a pre-Calypsonian folk music from Tortolla, B.V.I. James Wormworth is one of New York's premier drummers, with credits including Johnny Johnson, Hubert Sumlin, and countless jazz greats. He is also Conan O'Brien's occasional foil and replacement drummer who makes you love summer.
